Account Manager

Job Overview

            We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, and supporting long-term growth.

Location: Slovenia / Logatec

Your Responsibilities

·    Ensuring all relevant sales activities for the development of customers and markets in line with defined strategies and budgets;

·    Managing and developing existing customers, as well as identifying and acquiring new clients;

·    Providing technical and commercial support to customers

·    Visit customers and prospects across Slovenian Market, ensuring strong market presence and coverage;

·    Reactivate dormant accounts and strengthen relationships with underutilized customers;

·    Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests;

·    Understand clients’ business needs and provide suitable solutions;

·    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention;

·    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.

Requirements

·    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;

·    Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar client-facing role;

·    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

·    Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities;

·    Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously;

·    Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail;

·    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems;

·    Fluent in Slovenian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
