Transport Specialist – Maritime
Are you looking for a hands-on role in logistics where you can manage shipments end-to-end and work closely with international stakeholders? This could be your next step.
- Location: Vilallonga del Camp (Tarragona)
You will manage maritime import/export shipments in your day-to-day, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time and with full cost control.
What will you do?
- Manage maritime shipments end-to-end (booking to delivery)
- Handle and validate shipping documentation
- Track shipments daily and solve issues
- Coordinate with forwarders, suppliers and internal teams
- Review transport costs and invoices
- Support quotes and process improvements
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics / transport operations (marine is a plus)
- Knowledge of import/export and transport documentation
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities
- Good communication with internal teams and external partners
- Proactive and hands-on mindset
