Product Coordinator – Cross-Functional Role (Supply Chain)

Within our Supply Chain department, we are looking for a Product Coordinator who will support the central product coordinating team and take on a cross-functional role.

Your Role

As a Product Coordinator, you ensure smooth collaboration between the different Supply Chain teams (sales, logistics, accounting and procurement) and act as a back-up where needed to guarantee operational continuity.

• Coordinating the flow of information and administration between regional sales offices and suppliers regarding existing and new purchase orders
• Validating and following up on sales orders registered by the sales offices
• Monitoring deliveries and payments in close cooperation with the logistics and accounting teams
• Handling supplier claims related to price, weight and quality discrepancies
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels
• Providing support in the preparation and follow-up of accurate forecasts
• Providing cross-functional support to colleagues within the Supply Chain department and acting as back-up during colleagues’ absence or on their 4/5th working day, ensuring continuity of daily operations

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree
• Preferably, you have several years of experience in order handling or supply chain
• You have knowledge of Incoterms; a maritime background is considered a plus
• You have an excellent command of English and strong communication skills
• You have a pragmatic and accurate working approach
• You are well organised and stress-resistant
• As a true team player, you quickly find your way across different departments and enjoy working cross-functionally
