Key Account Manager (f/m)_South Poland Region
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to strengthen Ultrapolymers’ market position in South Poland by managing strategic accounts and driving sustainable growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering innovative technical plastics solutions that meet their evolving needs.
The role focuses on building and maintaining long-term partnerships that create mutual value and foster customer loyalty. By implementing Ultrapolymers’ commercial strategy, you will ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends.
You will identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, and support customers with technical expertise to maximize satisfaction. Ultimately, this position contributes to achieving sales targets and reinforcing Ultrapolymers’ reputation as a leading partner in the chemical industry.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing partners
- Prepare offers and lead commercial negotiations
- Achieve sales targets and report results in CRM
- Monitor market trends and industry developments
- Participate in product trainings, trade fairs, and industry events
- University degree (preferably technical or chemical fields)
- Several years of experience in technical plastics sales
- Fluent in English (daily communication with suppliers and headquarters)
- Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented, proactive
- Willingness to travel, valid driving license (category B)
- Work in an international environment with real impact on market development
