Scheduler
· Location of work is Budapest, district 11, with 10 days home office allowance per month
· Small team, friendly and tolerant environment, helpful leaders, good long-term relationship with international teams
· Raw material stock planning for XPS production plants located in other European countries
· Daily collaboration with international Supply Chain organization and regular communication with suppliers in English, online (some travel required, 2-3 days one or two times a year)
· Digital-only administration of raw material purchases
Primary Responsibilities
- o Monitor raw material requirements and arrange for replenishment
- o Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, third-party service providers and business partners to meet business obligations in case of unplanned events
- o Communicate proactively with Supply Chain Planner, business and logistics partners to optimize service levels and provide status updates as required
- o Identify opportunities for improving service levels and reducing supply chain cost
- o Work closely with Procurement in:
- o Applying correct purchasing conditions
- o Supporting purchasing activities for trials and projects
- o Providing feedback on supplier performance
Critical Success Factors
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills
- Independent and pro-active issue resolution and decision making
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to different communication styles
- Bachelor or University Degree in a discipline demonstrating logical thinking or computations skills
- Fluency in English (written & oral)
- Knowledge of another European language is an advantage, but not required (German and/or French)
- Supply chain and SAP experience (material management or procurement module) preferred
- Good command of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
