<p>We seek a "Product Specialist Engineering Plastics and Specialities" who makes the best decisions for one or more assigned product lines. The Product Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for sellers to obtain pricing and availability. The Product Specialist gathers information from the sales team and collaborates with the Product Coordinator and Product&nbsp; Manager for planning of inventory mix, placement, and levels. The Product Specialist is an extension of the Product Manager and given the authority to make all operational decisions for the product line.&nbsp;</p>
<h5>Key Responsibilities</h5>
<ul>
<li>Align with Product Manager and Central Product Coordinator on day to day operations of product line</li>
<li>Demand &amp; Supply planning</li>
<li>Full understanding of buying rules (min buy, price breaks, etc.)</li>
<li>Answer to Sellers’ information requests on pricing and availability</li>
<li>Provide input to CPC team to manage proper inventory levels and product mix across warehouses.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Regularly review sellers concerning margin and operational KPIs&nbsp;<br>Prevent, track, and reduce aged inventory&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h5>Requirements</h5>
<ul>
<li>Minimum bachelor degree, preferably in Chemistry or business management</li>
<li>Commercial sales experience/RMM experience</li>
<li>Target oriented, charismatic, able to energize and inspire a sales force</li>
<li>Good knowledge of English language, preferably multilingual and understanding of different cultural backgrounds&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
