Account Manager

Purpose of the role

As a key member of our BENELUX sales organization, your role will be to enhance customer value and contribute to business growth by building strong internal and external relationships. You will employ a targeted sales approach, leveraging your commercial acumen to drive value propositions and close sales effectively.

Principal responsibilities

To further expand our team, we are looking for an Account manager who:

• Will become part of our BENELUX sales organization, reporting to the Country manager Belgium/Luxembourg.
• Performs activities that generate added value to our customers and contributes to business growth.
• Develops relationships internally within Ultrapolymers and/or the Group’s departments and externally to facilitate commercial success.
• Takes a targeted sales approach, generating and converting sales leads through persuasive selling.
• Commercial Acumen - Demonstrate an ability to drive value-propositions and close sales through calculating price quotations, establishing and negotiating terms of sale and manage any needed contracting actions in-line with business/sales strategies.
• Professionalism - Ability to present oneself in an appropriate manner while representing the Company.
• Maintains CRM with accurate profiles and opportunity information.

Your Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the industry is a plus (polymers, injection moulding, etc.).
• Proficiency in the English, Dutch languages are vital in this job.
• Good knowledge of the French language.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
